If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise please notify Customer Service within 7 days and follow the instructions below. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is unopened we will be happy to return it for you. Original shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment. No COD (cash on delivery) returns will be accepted. A return must be approved by ShweMyanmar Customer Service.
Special order and open product are non-returnable.
Prior to returning product, contents must be well packaged to assure safe arrival. Product must be unopened, and in re-salable condition. We recommend using the original packaging for shipment.
Shipments must be received pre-paid. Any COD shipments will not be accepted.
Please follow these simple steps to ensure your fast returns and appropriate new shipment or credit.
1) Contact Customer Service
You must contact Customer Service to authorize your return. Returns cannot be accepted without approraval. You may contact Customer Service online, via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2) Information Needed
Please include the following information in your e-mail:
Order confirmation number
Your e-mail address
Your phone number
Reason for return
Type "Return" along with your order number in your email subject.
3) Pack and Send
Print out the ShweMyanmar customer service return email and pack all unwanted contents.
Note** No need to open original package if you receive a damage package. Just wrap with another bag and send it back to ShweMyanmar.
